Austin the Cat needs a home
Austin is a super sweet boy that is so laid back. He loves attention and affection. He is not rattled by much, he appears to just go with the flow. He is great with other cats and has even hung out with some dogs & puppies. He is not intrusive at all, even though he loves attention, he is not an in-your-face sort of boy. 2010 update: Austin was diagnosed with IBD, but please dont let that make or break a decision on him. Humane
is a non-profit TRUE No Kill animal shelter currently run on individual donations and fundraising alone. (just south of Kansas City). All HELP animals are treated by veterinarians, receive age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, spayed/neutered and those incoming after Oct 2005, have been micro chipped. Cats have been FeLqV/FIV tested and are negative unless otherwise stated. Dogs have been heartworm tested and are on heartworm preventative. We have been told by many adopters that the reason they liked adopting from us is because we have a happy place and all the cats are the friendliest ones they had ever met. HELP Humane believes that all life is precious and is therefore, a TRUE No Kill shelter. We have many FIV and FeLV+ cats in our care.
